Fixed Term Loan Programmes

5.1 Termination at the End of Fixed Term. Your participation in a Fixed Term Loan Programme will automatically terminate at the end of the Fixed Term applicable to such programme. The principal amount of the Loaned Digital Tokens which were lent to Coinhako under the programme, together with the interest accrued for the loan up to the last day of the Fixed Term, will be due and payable into your Digital Token Wallet on the first Business Day following the end of such Fixed Term.

5.2 Early Termination. You may, at any time during the course of the Fixed Term applicable to a Fixed Term Loan Programme, request for an early termination of your participation in such programme. Coinhako may, but is not obliged to, accede to any such request subject to any conditions that we may impose in our sole and absolute discretion.

In the event that Coinhako accedes to your request for an early termination of your participation in the Fixed Term Loan Programme, the principal amount of the Loaned Digital Tokens which were lent to Coinhako under such programme will be returned to your Digital Token Wallet as soon as practicable. Please note that you will not be entitled to receive any interest amount (including, without limitation, any pro-rated interest amount for the truncated period of time during which the Loaned Digital Tokens were lent to Coinhako) in such event.

Flexi Term Loan Programmes

5.3 Termination at the End of Maximum Term. If Coinhako imposes any maximum term on your participation in a Flexi Term Loan Programme, your participation in such programme will automatically terminate at the end of such maximum term. The principal amount of the Loaned Digital Tokens which were lent to Coinhako under the programme, together with the interest accrued for the loan up to the last day of the maximum term, will be due and payable into your Digital Token Wallet on the first Business Day following the end of such maximum term.

5.4 Termination of your Participation in Flexi Term Loan Programmes. Subject to any minimum term that Coinhako has imposed on your participation in a Flexi Term Loan Programme, you may at any time request to terminate your participation in such programme, by selecting one of the following termination options set out below:

(a) Ordinary Termination. If you select an ordinary termination of your participation in the Flexi Term Loan Programme, the principal amount of the Loaned Digital Tokens which were lent to Coinhako under the programme, together with the interest accrued for the loan up to the day Coinhako receives your request for such ordinary termination ("Ordinary Termination Request Date"), will be due and payable into your Digital Token Wallet on the first Business Day following the Ordinary Termination Request Date.

(b) Immediate Termination: If you select an immediate termination of your participation in the Flexi Term Loan Programme, the principal amount of the Loaned Digital Tokens which were lent to Coinhako under the programme, together with the interest accrued for the loan, will be paid into your Digital Token Wallet as soon as practicable. Interest will accrue for the loan up to the day prior to the day on which Coinhako receives your request for such immediate termination.
